[Ichigo wasn't expecting to nearly trip on a package on his way out, let alone a. Bright. Freaking. Pink. Box.

With his name on the note. A very friendly note, at that. Almost too friendly, but Ichigo kinda has to shrug that off cause... in the few times he's interacted with Usagi, he's noted that she's just. Kinda like that. Overly friendly, overly kind.

And what's inside of it? Has Ichigo confused, and a little appalled, and...

He would never... ever wear this?! And why a sloth of all the damn things?

And those thoughts in turn have him feeling bad, after the initial shock of staring at the damn thing. Usagi thought of him. And went through the trouble. While maybe she never needs to know he'll... maybe wear it once to not feel like a total piece of shit, he needs to at least like. Acknowledge it to her. So after a while of debating, he's typing out a message to Usagi on his Fluid.]

I know I'm supposed to say thank you, and I'm gonna for sure but....

Fair enough, I can tell you first hand that arguing with spirits probably isn't the best idea. Kinda curious to know what reasonable names are to you, though, if Sunshine came up in frustration.

I might try it out, then. Worst that can happen is a whole lotta nothin, right?

I... try not to argue with spirits. But look, I'm gonna be honest spirits and ghosts and all that creep me out. Like, I'll deal with it, fine, but I rather not. I know it's such a weird fear but there are so many ghosts back home.

They used to kinda creep me out when I was a kid, but that was when I had a hard time telling the difference between who was living and who wasn't. Now it's just a regular thing to me.

If you've ever got a ghost that's totally creepin' you out and won't go away, lemme know. It's kinda part of my job to send em off if they won't go on their own.

They're usually posted up in the human world, but because I'm human AND a shinigami, I have like. Soul Society's go ahead to act in their place, if they aren't able to handle it or whatever.

[To put it simply, anyway... it's a hell of a lot more complicated than that but. You know. Lazy.]

Anything I say is just gonna sound like a foreign language to you, and I'll break it down for you if you want, but... they usually send lower ranked Shinigami to deal with normal Hollows (a kinda monster that human souls turn into eventually if they don't pass on). The more powerful stuff varies. Menos Grande, Arrancar, Espada. Other Shinigami. Quincy.

I'm passed the Captain level, so... idk, I'm like the boots on the ground for when shit really hits the fan or somethin'.
